
Front Office Assistant

**Job brief**
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Front Office Executive should possess effective communication skills and a pleasing personality.
**Responsibilities**
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Managing office supplies & keeping inventory for the same.
- Maintaining administration and operation records
- Assisting the HR team
- Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
- Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
- Maintain inward/outward register for materials, utility bills, mails etc.
- Maintain the reports and registers and update them on daily basis.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Front desk associate, Front Desk representativeor similar role
- Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
**Qualification**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
