**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, data from various sources including trade publications and database providers, follow-up, and cold calling
- Monitor the key metrics of your reports like close rate and repeat customer rate
- Managing entire pre-sales life cycle: starting from engaging with qualified leads till the final
- conversion to MQL (marketing qualified lead)
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM
**Qualifications**:
- BE (Mechanical) or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience
- Experience working with CRM
- Experience Working in Technology Sales
- Proficient in English and Hindi
