Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our Product Implementations Team. As the Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our product ConnetinBOT and services for our cylinder clients. This role involves managing a team of on ground industrial staff coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely and efficient features rollouts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

2. Client Interaction:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of our product ConnetinBOT and its services.
- Provide training and support to clients and enhance their product knowledge.
- Collaborate with product development teams to communicate client bugs/issues and contribute to product improvement.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

5. Documentation:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the implementation process.
- Ensure that all client-specific requirements and configurations are accurately documented.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ITI, Any Degree.
- Real time industrial experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Language communication in Hindi and English
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule:

- Day shift
