**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate crushing machines, such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, and other related equipment.
- Adjust settings on the machines to produce the desired size of crushed material.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and output quality.
- Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for machines.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical problems.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs or overhauls.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load materials into the crusher machine using loaders or other equipment.
- Ensure the continuous flow of materials to meet production targets.
- Sort and remove debris or foreign objects from the material before crushing.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of crushed material to ensure it meets specifications.
- Make adjustments to the crushing process as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Keep records of production output and quality checks.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain logs of machine operations, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- Provide regular reports on production levels, machine performance, and any incidents.
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members about operational needs and concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
