**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with block making machines or similar equipment.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate machinery; familiarity with quality control procedures.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, dust).
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in monitoring production and detecting any issues or defects.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in machine operation or a related field.
- Experience with automated block making machines.
- Knowledge of concrete mixtures and masonry product standards.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
- May require working in shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on production needs.

- **Material Handling**: Load raw materials (e.g., cement, sand, aggregates) into the machine, ensuring proper mixing and consistent feed rates.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, using protective equipment as required and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of production, including the number of blocks produced, machine settings, and any maintenance performed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
