**JOB DETAILS**:
Job Title/Designation: Training & Placement Coordinator

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Placement Officer facilitates professional development and employment search support to students with a demonstrated understanding of employer/industry needs and expectations. He/ She works closely with students to identify interests, skills, needs, employment barriers and available resources and responds to all student questions or requests regarding employment. Marketing Executive or Business Development oversees day to day marketing activities for the Centre to ensure conversion to budgeted enrolments.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Ideally a marketing executive is responsible for business development outside the center as per the center targets.

He/She would be:

- Responsible to generate awareness of Jetking Courses and subsequent career prospects
- Plan and design the yearly marketing activity calendar
- Responsible in marketing activities such as Presentations and Seminars in colleges and institutes, house visits, workshops, advertising in print media, hoardings, career fairs and so on, publicizing Jetking courses
- Generate a healthy and high enquiry rate from the activities conducted and assist the counselor in converting the same into budgeted enrollments; to track the conversion ratio
- Conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments
- Responsible for enrollment and installment related cash transactions
- Maintain MIS related to marketing activities conducted in a timely fashion
- Maintain ongoing competitor analysis and reports

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Qualifications**

Mandatory: Graduate in any stream, Desired: MBA in HR/Marketing

**Experience**

Relevant: 1 to 3 years in HR/ Sales/ Marketing field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
