Intern - Talent Acquisition Location: Magarpatta City, Pune Duration: 6 months Stipend : 20,000/- per month Key Responsibilities: - Entry-Level & Fresher Hiring: Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for entry-level positions across various functions. - Campus Recruitment: - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campus hiring drives at various colleges and universities. - Network with placement officers and build relationships with academic institutions. - Coordinate pre-placement talks, written assessments, group discussions, and interviews during campus hiring events. - Maintain a calendar for campus visits and ensure smooth execution of all activities. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals. Requirements: - Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
