Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern ( contractual role). ** Candidates with BFSI experience will be an additional benefit** Job Location: Pune/ Mumbai About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, learn about the end-to-end hiring process, and contribute to driving organizational growth through talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing & Talent Pool Building: - Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for various positions. - Conduct market research to find top talent and stay updated on industry trends. - End-to-End Recruitment Support: - Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. - Support interview logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Bulk Hiring & Coordination: - Assist in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly for entry-level and mass recruitment needs. - Support the planning and execution of recruitment events (e.G., job fairs, campus recruitment drives). - Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring for bulk roles. - Candidate Engagement & Communication: - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. - Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide feedback and next steps. - Reporting & Analytics: - Track and report key recruitment metrics to help improve recruitment processes. - Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activity, sourcing channels, and candidate pipeline status. Qualifications & Skills: - Recently graduated/ post graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growing within the HR domain.
