Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Chinchwad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including full-life cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will also work on employer branding and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Recruiting
  • Experience in Interviewing
  • Knowledge in Hiring processes
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the Education industry is a plus
