**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales with existing clients and onboard new B2B and retail partners.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives in line with company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide strategic insights.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contracts with key clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or a similar role in the mobile/laptop accessories industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
