**Field Sales Executive**

**Qualification: Any Degree, XII**

**Experience: 0 to 2 Years**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify new distributors /markets for conversion
- Convert the identified distributors /Market into sales opportunities
- Appoint new dealer & develop the business
- Contacting potential and existing customers to pitch & follow-up on sales
- Converting sales lead to Order
- Forecasting and planning of demand at the start of each month
- Follow the permanent journey cycle as per the sale force
- Dealer management and network development
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Maintaining record of sales pipeline in CRM
- Market intelligence-gather information from the market on competitor activity & market mapping
- Management of receivables
- Ensure collection as per the credit policy
- Conduct Market development and promotional activities like mason meet, subdelaer meet to create awareness
- Developing Marketing strategies to increase consumer sales
- Handling all aspects of order taking and processing the flow of products
- Handling Institutional Sale

**Skills**:

- Ability to quickly learn about products & describe them to customers
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve & address issues.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
