Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
- Communicate with customers and merchant exporters for new and existing product orders
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Timely reply to the queries or enquiries of existing customers through mail
- Checking order sheet and pre-shipment documents
- Co-ordinate with the production department for production status, stock positions and timely dispatches of orders
- Perform promotional activities through exhibitions
- Follow ups for payment collection
- Supervise and train export assistants to improve their performance
- Maintain customer relationship across the country
- Checking of pre-shipment documents like order confirmation, terms of payments and commercial invoice
- Business Development Initiative In Exports
- Customer Relationship Management
- Export Logistics Management
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
