**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Ensure that each guest receives the best service experience by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- **Order Management**:
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted. Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and relay them to kitchen staff.
- **Payment Handling**:
Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods, while ensuring the accuracy of change and receipts.
- **Food Delivery**:
Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Stay informed about the menu, including new items, promotions, and ingredients, to assist customers with their choices and provide recommendations when necessary.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**:
Ensure workstations, dining areas, and restrooms are kept clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines. Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
