**Job Title**: Service Associate

**Location**: PVR INOX Cinema - Sector 84, Gurgaon
**Salary**: ₹13,500 - ₹17,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Weekly Off**: Between Monday to Thursday
**Shift**: Rotational

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Service Associates** to join our team at **PVR INOX, Sector 84, Gurgaon**. The role involves assisting guests with food orders, managing ticket bookings, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional cinema experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take and serve **food & beverage orders** to guests accurately and efficiently.
- Handle **movie ticket bookings** and assist guests with seat allocation.
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** at the counters and food service areas.
- Ensure **machines and equipment** are cleaned and well-maintained.
- Manage **entry and exit of guests** during movie shows to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver excellent **customer service** by addressing guest queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow all **safety, hygiene, and operational standards** as per company policy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification**:12th Pass or Graduate**:

- **Freshers can apply**; experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
