DHI Group initiated the industry’s standard operating procedures and protocols which are applied in all processes to ensure safety and guaranteed results. We are ISO certified and registered in The UK CQC.

DHI International was founded in 2010, when it took the master franchise of DHI brand/IP for India and later for 155 countries worldwide. At present, we own and operate 13 company owned clinics across all major cities in India. We have developed a highly scalable and proven Franchise model that is successfully working across the world. At present, we have 36 franchisee owned and operated clinics in 18 countries outside India, across the globe. The business has achieved significant scale and is highly profitable, growing at 50% annually. We are a debt free, tax paying, dividend paying profitable company which has grown entirely from internal accruals.

Our core expertise is in doing hair transplants using our proprietary technique and instruments. We also provide a complete range of services including preventive treatments for hair loss, regenerative treatments - surgical (Hair transplant) and non-surgical, and a range of dermatologically tested products and nutraceuticals. In addition, we also provide state-of-the-art Aesthetic/Skin care services under the brand name ‘Asian Roots Clinics’, from 3 of the existing DHI clinics.

DHI International is an undisputed leader in the field of hair restoration in India. It commands a significant premium vs competition. We have nationwide presence in India and are adding 2-3 clinics per year.
- Work with all functions to prepare the AOP and closely monitor and drive the performance of the company to achieve the same.
- Finalization of monthly accounts, P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports for financials, operations, sales, marketing, etc. and present go forward strategy to top management.
- Managing working capital including receivables, inventory and payables efficiently.
- Maintain close connection with international franchisees and ensure compliance with all franchise agreement terms and collection of all the dues from them.
- Negotiate terms with landlords, franchisees, vendors and service providers.
- Internal control strengthening.
- Expenses management, prepare and implement the effective Incentive structures.
- Dealing with Bankers, consumer financing.
- Timely filing of ITR, tax audit, international taxation and Transfer Pricing compliances, assessment and departmental audits.
- Ensure all the compliances of GST, FEMA, RBI, ROC, Labor Law and all other laws of the land

**Requirements**:

- Preferably around 30-35 years of age. Must be a Chartered Accountant with at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- He should preferably be a finance controller of a small to mid-sized business.
- This is an internationally growing company with high growth rate of 50% plus YOY. It requires all leadership team members to stay committed and work together as One Team to achieve common challenges.
- Should possess good communication skills and presentable personality.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
