**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Material**: Create comprehensive and engaging training materials focusing on verbal reasoning. Conduct interactive training sessions to ensure active student participation and learning.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Regularly assess students’ progress through tests and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to improve their verbal reasoning skills.
- **Curriculum Development**: Continuously update and refine the verbal reasoning curriculum based on the latest exam patterns, educational trends, and student feedback.
- **Student Engagement and Support**: Engage with students to understand their learning needs and challenges. Offer guidance and support to help them achieve their academic and competitive goals.
- **Collaboration and Innovation**: Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate verbal reasoning training into broader educational programs. Innovate teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and report on students’ progress. Adjust teaching strategies based on individual and group performance data.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest developments in verbal reasoning and related pedagogical methods. Attend workshops and training for continuous professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Verbal Reasoning Trainer or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of verbal reasoning concepts and test formats (like GMAT, GRE, CAT, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design creative and interactive teaching materials.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and educational technology.
