Actively participate in operational decision-making process and management of the Environment and Safety Program.
- Carry out Trend analysis of Accidents/audit findings and summarise the report.
- Should know the process of compliance as per the Statutory.
- Compliance to Hazardous Process and establish Medical Surveillance Programs
- Implementation of Contactor Health and Safety Program & execution of all High-Risk Activities
- Preparation of On site Emergency Plan and conducting mock drills and submission of report to Management.
- Develop policy/ procedures and assign responsibilities to concern team members/ approve Environment and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections and program evaluations.
- Assist with the evaluation and selection of personal protective equipment
- Maintain injury and illness records or verify accuracy of these records if they are maintained by others
- Review accident reports and follow-up action plans. Participate in accident investigations, as appropriate.
- Analyse injury and illness trends using Six Sigma techniques, and periodically review these trends with management. Recommend annual goals to management based on the identified trends.
- Assist with the implementation of the Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
