**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees and clients between designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times, including regular cleaning and scheduled maintenance.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and road closures.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any changes to the schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant transportation experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities and supervisors immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with the Kolar area and surrounding regions is an advantage.
