The Poultry Sampler is responsible for collecting, preparing, and analyzing samples of poultry products to ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role involves conducting inspections, performing microbiological tests, and reporting findings to support overall quality assurance processes.

**Sub - Responsibilities**

**Sample Collection & Preparation**
- Collect samples from parent stock, hatcheries, and CBF according to established procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of samples to maintain integrity for testing.

**Testing & Analysis**:

- Conduct microbiological tests on poultry samples to identify contaminants and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and document results of tests, maintaining accurate records of all findings.

**Quality Assurance Support**:

- Assist in implementing Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Compile and submit detailed reports on sample testing outcomes, including any deviations from quality standards.
- Maintain organized records of sample collection, testing results, and compliance reports

**Communication & Coordination**
- Communicate findings to the QA Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in sampling and testing procedures.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during sampling and testing processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sampling area to uphold hygiene standards.

**3. Qualification & Experience**

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Sc. in Microbiology, Animal Science, or a related field

**Relevant Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sampling, testing, or quality assurance within the poultry or food industry.

**Age**
- 22-35 years.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
