The Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating activities on the construction site. This role involves supervising construction workers, ensuring that tasks are performed safely and efficiently, and maintaining quality control while adhering to project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, managing workers, sub-contractors, and activities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure that all safety procedures are followed, conducting regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment and addressing any hazards promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality of work is up to standard, checking that construction methods and materials align with specifications.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between teams.
- **Resource Management**: Manage the allocation and usage of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track work progress and report any delays or issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
- **Training and Mentoring**: Provide guidance and on-the-job training to workers, helping them improve their skills and ensuring they follow safety and quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety inspections, and work completed.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; a degree or diploma in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 4 years) in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, on-site position with regular hours, but flexibility is required during peak project periods.
- The role requires physical presence on-site and may involve extended hours or weekend work to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in Fabrication, Welding, NDT, Structural Work, Pressure, Power/Oil Gas Sector.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in mathematical calculations, reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

**Software Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
