**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead Management: Track and manage incoming leads, ensuring they are assigned and followed up on by the appropriate teams.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure clients have the information they need at every stage of the sales process.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, feedback, and sales-related data in the CRM system.
- Complaint Resolution: Work closely with internal teams to resolve any client issues or complaints, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Follow-up and Feedback: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction and gathering feedback for service improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and sales performance for management review.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn by offering personalized services and support.
- Coordinate Events: Assist in organizing customer engagement events such as property site visits, client meetings, or promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and address customer needs effectively.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate sales processes and industry practices is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
