**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support**: Assist senior project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Help in creating detailed project plans and timelines.
- **Task Coordination**: Coordinate and monitor project tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met. Assign tasks to team members and ensure they have the necessary resources.
- **Communication** : Serve as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and any potential issues.
- **Documentation** : Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, risk registers, and change requests.
- **Risk Identification**: Assist in identifying project risks and potential issues. Work with the senior project manager to develop mitigation plans.
- **Progress Monitoring** : Track project performance using tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
- **Support Budget Tracking**: Monitor project costs under the guidance of a senior project manager to ensure the project stays within budget.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 6 months of experience in project management or as part of a project team.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Some exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Lean project management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of budget management and risk mitigation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
