Guest Relation Executive

we require a Guest relations executive who will ensure an exceptional guest experience at our brewery pub/restaurant.

As a GRE you will be the primary point of contact for all guests, addressing their needs, handling any issues or concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. This role will involve a mix of direct guest interactions, managing special requests, and collaborating with other teams (service staff, kitchen, and brewery teams) to maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer service.

Key responsibilities:
1. Guest interaction and engagement
2. Handling requests and inquiries
3. Problem resolution
4. Guest feedback collection
5. Handling VIP guests
6. Maintaining high service standards
7. Event and group coordination
8. Record keeping and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
