**Job Title**: E-commerce Operations Executive

Required Experience: - 0 to 4 Years

Salary Range - 20KPM To 35KPM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage online orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
