Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of stock online.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and metadata to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Handle online order processing, returns, and customer queries.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report key metrics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and banner placements.
  • Ensure content consistency and brand guidelines across all online touchpoints.
  • Work with third-party vendors and logistics partners as required.
  • Maintain and update the e-commerce website (if applicable) for accurate product data and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce marketplaces and CMS tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices.
  • Experience in product merchandising and pricing strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Job Type: Full-time
