Field Sales Executive shall identify the potential Dental clinics in the assigned territory and promote Dantech Dental Lab products like crowns, bridges, dentures, surgical guides, aligners etc.
- Meet the potential Dentist in the respective clinics and generate business by promoting our lab products.
- He or she serves as Dantech’s representative and is in charge of the brand promotion.
- Sales executive shall build and maintain good business relationship with the Dentist by meeting them in regular intervals.
- Understand the client's requirements and provide them with appropriate service.
- Collaborate with the lab team and keep a track of deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
- It is essential to keep track of the monthly sales to evaluate his / her performance.
- Primary goal is to sell our lab products and ensure after sales customer service is taken care of.
- Obtaining feedback from his/her clientele is important mainly to understand the gaps and take corrective measures.
- The Sales Representative must establish a positive relationships with Dentist and touch base with the contact persons in clinics who place / handle the job order and ensure to the collection of model and delivery of the finished products and handled within the expected time.
- He /she should possess a strong understanding of our products, our competitors in the market and positioning of our products appropriately.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferably in Sales / Business management)

Freshers who aspire to start a career in sales and willing to work in a fast growing company.

2 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development with the proven skills (Preferably from Dental industry, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices industry).

He or she must have a good communication skills.

Strong negotiating skills and customer service skills.

Maintain a high level of professionalism.

2 wheeler must.

Position is for Chennai location.

Salary - Best in the industry + Travel allowance+ Incentives based on achievements+ PF, Medical & other Insurance,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
