**About the Role**

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Field Executives to join our team. The role involves on-ground interaction with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales for our software development solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and fostering strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales and Lead Generation**
- Identify and meet potential clients in the assigned territory or field.
- Explain the company’s software services and solutions effectively.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly.

**Target Achievement**
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Regularly update management on field activities and performance.

**Market Research**
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
- Gather client feedback to improve services and identify new business opportunities.

**Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**: Field sales experience in IT or software solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of software development services and IT products (training will be provided).
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements**:
**Mobility**: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

**Language Proficiency**: Proficient in [English and Local Language].

**Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with basic CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Others**: Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
