Designation: Technical Compliance Officer

Budget: 15k to 30k per month

Required Work Experience - Min. 2.5 yrs

Location: Lucknow (Hazrat Ganj)

KRAs:
1. Preparation of Technical Specifications Documents of Medical Equipment for GEM Portal

2. Ensuring Technical Compliance of Work Order

3. Coordination of Service requirements of Ultrasound machines, patient monitors ,ECG machines etc. located in different government hospitals

4. Demo and Installation of Ultrasound machines, Color Doppler, Patient Monitors, ECG etc.

5. Attending Pre Bid Meetings and addressing issues related to Technical Specifications of customers

6. Apprise the management and Reporting Manager of issues / challenges with regards to existing models in the inventory and suggesting new models available in the market that can fulfil the demands and expectations of customers.

7. Helping the R&D team in development of product portfolio and participating in meeting s/discussions with technology partners to improve existing products and development of new products

8. Closely coordinate with the Tender Team to resolve all issues related to technical specifications /compliances of bids and work orders.

Must Have:
1. Good Communication skills

2. Graduate/Post Graduate

3. Proficiency in MS Office
