Company is foremost manufacturer supplier for critical rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded components.

Company have five production units in Lucknow, Dehradun, Haridwar (Two) & Chennai spread over 100,000 sq. ft. of factory area in 250,000 sq. ft. of land, all units are ISO-9001: 2008 certified. Further we have sales offices in Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Bid documents for Govt Tenders.
- Creating proposals, EOIs, drafting technical & financial proposals
- Providing assistance to EOI / RFQ / RFP tenders released by respective authorities pertaining to various Projects.
- Fetching and analysis pre-qualification criteria, preparing the documents as per pre-qualification and tender requirement.
- Submission of EOI, Tenders/ Bids for National and International Projects.
- Maintaining the BD MIS, Manning scheduling, financial bids preparation
- Working on EMD/ BG retrieval Issues in coordination with Sales people so as to recover EMD /BG
- Working with ORDER Management Team so as to finalize the order within the deadline

**Command over language and drafting letter is must.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
