Be able to build rapport with students through approachable, engaging communication.

Online inquiry counselling and conversion to admissions

Following up with students to make sure leads turn into confirmed bookings

Creating leads through a variety of social media channels, including the company website, chat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other offline sources.

**Requirements**:
1. A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous

2. Exposure to music environment or knowledge of Musical Instrument

3. Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

5. Good time management and organizational skills.

6. Self-motivation to work independently and with strong work ethics.

7. Ability to work in a team, and adapt to new and evolving processes.

8. Target Oriented achieving Sales Closures

9. Interpersonal Skills to get good rapport with students

10. Long Term Employment commitment

11. Good Telephone Etiquettes

12. Ready to work in pressure.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
