Generating sales leads and passing the lead to the sales team
- Resolving customer queries
- Maintaining contract renewal records
- Managing customer relationships
- Managing client feedback and comments
- Communicating client requirements to the operations department
- Arranging for vehicle pick-up and drop-off to the workstation
- Assisting in organizing client promotional events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
