**Job description**

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Care & Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and timelines.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Documentation & Agreement Management:

- Prepare and manage customer agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual aspects are accurate.
- Handle necessary paperwork for project handovers, transfers, or modifications.
- Verify all required documents and approvals before processing agreements.

2-4 years of experience as Customer Relationship Executive.

Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
