Customer Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services/products.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in BPO/Tele calling (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Language proficiency in **English** is add on
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
