**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and walk-in guests.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the service team to maintain quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the dining area.
- Assist with inventory checks and ordering of supplies as required.
- Maintain shift reports, sales data, and other operational records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in a busy dining environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
