Full job description **Job description** We are looking for an experienced "Dispatcher" for a US Based Logistics Process. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Booking loads as per truck requirement. - Making initial calls to survey freight market trends. - Preparing Invoices and submission of paperwork with brokers and accounting team. - Tracking shipments / Handling customers' inquiries. - Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day. - Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries. - Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations. - Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, co-workers, potential customers, to help foster existing relationships and build new ones **Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time **Benefits**: - Food provided - Incentives **Schedule**: - Night shift **Supplemental pay types**: - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - Dispatchers: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person More Information Call Us--9646969705 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,730.03 - ₹39,133.47 per month **Benefits**: - Food provided - Health insurance Schedule: - Night shift - US shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
