ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and resolved.
- Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets.
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.
- Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Min 01 Year experience in International BPO
- Experience gap should not be more than 06 Months
- Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO

- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
