**job Roles and Responsibilities of an Admission Executive**:1. **Student Enquiry Management**
- **Counseling**: Provide counseling sessions to help students understand their course options and assist in choosing the right program based on their qualifications and interests.
2. **Application Processing**
- **Eligibility Check**: Verify eligibility based on academic qualifications, entrance exam results (if applicable), and other required criteria.
3. **Communication and Documentation**
- **Document Verification**: Ensure that all supporting documents submitted by students (such as educational certificates, recommendation letters, etc.) are authentic and verified.
4. **Coordination and Reporting**
- **Coordinate with Other Departments**: Work with other departments (like finance, student affairs, etc.) to ensure that admitted students receive the appropriate support and information.
- **Database Management**: Ensure all student data is securely stored in the institution's system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

6. **Campus Visits and Events Support**
- **Conduct Campus Tours**: Organize and facilitate campus tours for prospective students and their families, giving them a firsthand look at the institution's facilities.
- **Assist in Admission Events**: Help in organizing and conducting open houses, admission seminars, webinars, or other outreach events to attract new applicants.
- **Represent the Institution**: Represent the institution at educational fairs, school visits, or virtual events, promoting the programs and admissions process.
7. **Support Post-Admission**
- **Assist in Fee Payment**: Guide students through the fee payment process and assist with any issues related to payment or financing.
- **Student Onboarding**: Help admitted students with the next steps for enrollment, including submitting additional documents, arranging accommodation, or registering for courses.
8. **Market Research and Strategy**
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up with the latest trends in education, admissions policies, and competitor institutions.
- **Promote Programs**: Actively promote the institution’s programs through various channels, including social media, websites, and information sessions.
9. **Compliance and Regulations**
- **Adhere to Guidelines**: Ensure that the admission process complies with the institution's policies, as well as local, state, or national regulations.
- **Accurate Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, in line with legal and institutional requirements.
10. **Customer Service and Relationship Management**
- **Maintain Professionalism**: Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with all prospective students, their families, and other stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- **Education**: Typically a bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an educational institution or admissions office is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information to a diverse range of people.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in verifying documents and data entry.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work with different teams and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Comfortable using student management systems, databases, and other office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Pay: ₹12,280.93 - ₹15,000.00 per month
