AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.

**Your AMINA To-Do List**:
- Supports the CXO’s on a range of administrative activities, including travel booking, management of board meetings, diary management, background research and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Responsible for managing ExCo offsites and other ad hoc meeting requirements.
- Coordinating domestic/international travel and conference calls.
- Coordinating and managing department/functional interview scheduling, office moves, office supply management and some vendor relationships.
- Managing expenses of CXO’s
- Manage Intranet and shared drives and assists with filing and organization of information.
- Develops and/or delivers administrative services, training materials and tools.
- Supports the Mumbai office in organizing social activities, administrative support and real estate management.
- Supports the senior management in organizing board meetings and onboarding new directors.
- Support specific project work on special request.
- Acts as a “culture ambassador” for the team and displays a professional demeanor that can serve as a role model and example to others, lead company-wide and/or site-wide administrative project initiatives, may train and onboard new administrative staff.

- Experience in a similar role, providing support to a C-suite team.
- Computer skills with MS Office
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicates clearly, concisely, thoroughly and in a highly professional and timely manner with all internal and external partners/stakeholders.
- Organizational and planning skills, including the coordination of multiple activities.
- Flexibility to work across EMEA and India time zones
- Attention to detail.
- Proven track record and experience handling highly confidential or sensitive information in a consistently appropriate and effective manner
