We are looking for an experienced and responsible Contract Operations Lead to join our highly regarded Contracts Operations team. Your main duties will be to assist in the management of all customer contracts - from assignment to execution - and support your regional contracts team.

Responsibilities
- Review contract requests for accuracy and direct through contracting process
- Support Contract Managers and Sales Team throughout negotiations process
- Final touchpoint for contracts before managing signature processing
- Liaison between regional contracting team and Contract Operations, Finance, Order Fulfillment & Sales Operations
- Track and manage contract request queues
- Perform regular reviews on aged contracts
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
- Create process documentation and assist in automating/streamlining current methods
- Be a touchstone for Contracts Managers, as well as those in other functions that we support
- Maintain practices put into place by Contracts Operations and assist in roll outs of future processes.
- Maintain administration playbook

Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, eSignature Applications, & Contract Management Applications
- Ability to thrive in fast paced, ever evolving, and growing company
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, Operations or other relevant role
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with commercial contracts
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and trends
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to take direction, as well as think creatively to provide solutions
- Flexible and able to pivot quickly given any situation
- Self-sufficient, while also productive as a global team member
- Ability to work as a team with all business partners and at all levels of an organization
- Maybe update to reflect Agentic since we are trying to get away from RPA
