At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
Job Responsibilities:
Contract Development: Responsible for the development, negotiation and drafting of agreements with vendors, working in partnership with SSG, suppliers, Law Department, and various Broadridge stakeholders and business units.
Contract Execution: When vendor-related agreements are negotiated and agreed to by Broadridge stakeholders (i.e. Strategic Sourcing Group, Law Department, other Broadridge business areas, etc.), manage the execution and e-signature process with the authorized Broadridge signatory, as well as the corresponding Supplier signatory.
Contract Metadata Collection and Capture: For all uploaded agreements, enter all required itemized metadata elements (ex. contracting parties, effective/expirations dates, good or services acquired, other contract terms & conditions, etc.) into the iContract record. This shall include the expert review of the contract document itself in order to identify these discrete data elements, and then manually entering that data into the appropriate fields of the iContract record. These duties may involve the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) features and functionality within the Zycus S2P platform.
Contract Repository Management: Update and maintain all online contract records on an ongoing basis, as may be indicated due to changes in the supplier agreements or Strategic Sourcing Group archiving policies.
Contract Maintenance: Review requests to change contract terms & conditions or contract templates/forms, assessing the risk of such changes, and recommending appropriate responses. Secures approval from Broadridge Law Department (if required), and negotiates resolution with Suppliers.
Contract Auditing: Responsible for performing routine contracts audits to ensure that users of the iContract module adhere to defined standards and expectations (i.e. capturing required contract metadata, utilizing approved contract language for defined clauses, signing standards are followed, etc.)
Reporting and Metrics: Based on metadata or other iContract information, produce reporting upon request related to contracting activity, status or other metrics associated with contract administration or operations, such as upcoming contract renewals or expirations.
Organizational Skill: Demonstrate knowledge of Broadridge organization, Fintech companies and impacted stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Leverage understanding of procurement processes, procurement technology and sourcing models, particularly related to contract management.
Leadership: Provide direction, identify change impact risks, and develop creative solutions to meet contract administration and operations goals.
Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration garnering buy-in to associated objectives.
