A Premium Brand of Mobile Accessories and IT Gadgets is looking for Channel Sales Executives for Delhi NCR

Position Overview:
The Area Sales Executive will oversee the entire sales operations within the assigned territory. This role involves developing servicing the channel partners & achieving the sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities:
**Distributor Management**:

- Plan & Implement numbers via the retailer network
- Train & Motivate the distributor sales team to drive sales
- Ensure healthy distributor ROI
- **Channel Management**:

- Ensure brand presence & high visibility at each store
- Appoint new retailers regularly
- Have strong relationships with in-store teams & purchase manager
- Resolve end-user issues at the retailer point (when required)
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Ensure weekly/monthly sales & inventory tracking
- Ensure monthly distributor health report submission
- Provide timely competition analysis
- Prepare an accurate sales plan each month
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

**Sales Promotions & Communication**
- Execute monthly & quarterly promotions for channel partners.
- Ensure effective deployment of marketing collaterals & assets

**Prerequisites / Must-Have**
- Own Conveyance
- Be from the mobile accessories industry vertical
- Proven experience in channel sales.
- Strong relationships with channel partners
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

**Good to Have**:

- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience in complementary industries like Handset, IT hardware
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Includes Frequent Travel within the defined territory
