**Client Acquisition & Outreach**
- Identify and approach potential clients in rural or semi-urban areas.
- Educate communities about the microfinance products and services (e.g., group loans, individual loans, savings, insurance).
- Conduct door-to-door visits or attend community meetings to promote offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers and community leaders.

**Loan Application & Documentation**
- Collect required documents (ID proof, income proof, photographs, etc.).
- Verify information provided by the clients through field visits and background checks.

**Credit Assessment**
- Evaluate the repayment capacity of potential borrowers.
- Conduct financial and personal assessments to ensure eligibility.
- Recommend loan amounts based on assessment findings.

**Loan Disbursement & Monitoring**
- Facilitate loan disbursement in coordination with the branch office.
- Monitor the usage of the loan to ensure it's used for the intended purpose (e.g., small business, agriculture).
- Track loan performance and conduct follow-up visits regularly.

**Loan Recovery & Collection**
- Maintain a schedule for EMI collection from clients.
- Ensure timely recovery of loans and follow up on overdue payments.
- Address repayment challenges and escalate serious defaulters.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate daily records of client visits, collections, and disbursements.
- Submit regular reports to the branch or regional office.
- Update CRM systems or logbooks as per company policy.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Provide after-sales support and address client complaints or concerns.
- Promote repeat loans and cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, savings schemes).
- Build a positive image of the microfinance institution in the community.

**Compliance & Ethics**
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and ethical standards.
- Respect client confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data responsibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
