Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ranchi for a Field Staff position at VFS Capital. The Field Staff will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, assisting with loan applications, conducting field visits to verify the information provided by clients, and offering customer service support. They will also be required to troubleshoot issues, provide training to clients regarding financial products and services, and maintain accurate records of all client transactions and interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience or ability in providing Training to clients
  • Ability to work on-site in Ranchi and travel to field locations as necessary
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is beneficial
