Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bihar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, providing training and support, overseeing sales management, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis. The specialist will play a vital role in growing our network and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions for staff or clients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using technology and data-driven insights
  • Ability to work on-site in Bihar
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in rural markets is a plus
