Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bihar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, providing training to sales staff, and overseeing sales operations. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, generating leads, organizing promotional events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to sales staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
