Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: North East India — covering Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales, preferably in construction or building materials

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to handle sales operations for our construction product range across the North East region. The role involves client visits, dealer/distributor management, and achieving sales targets through market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors across the assigned states
 - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth order delivery
 - Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns
 - Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
 
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of field or product sales experience
 - Good communication and negotiation skills
 - Willingness to travel extensively across the North East
 - Local candidates from the North East region are not eligible
 
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
 - Additional benefits: Company-provided accommodation, TA, DA, and performance-based incentives
