Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in Patna. The Field Sales Executive will identify and meet potential clients, build and maintain client relationships, and promote mutual fund investment solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, setting sales goals, preparing sales pitches, and ensuring excellent post-sales service. The role also includes tracking sales metrics, attending relevant training sessions, and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Sales or business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs for informed decision-making
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions and deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial products, particularly mutual funds, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as needed
