We are looking for a proactive and creative **Brand Collaborations Executive** to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer and brand partnerships that align with our brand identity. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a passion for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Influencer Onboarding**: Identify and reach out to influencers, content creators, and like-minded brands for collaboration opportunities.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute influencer and brand campaigns to drive brand awareness, product promotions, and conversions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand partners, and agencies.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate deliverables, barter deals, and paid collaborations as per campaign goals and budgets.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- **Content Review**: Coordinate and review influencer content for brand consistency before it goes live.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records and reports of all collaborations, including performance metrics and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

- Basic understanding of paid ads and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and content.
- Passion for lifestyle, automotive, fashion, or [industry-specific] content.
