*Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Salary**: ₹10,000/month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives
**Location**: Hybrid (Work from home + Weekly office visit in Gurgaon)
**Work Type**: Full-time
## **About the Role**:
We are hiring enthusiastic **Sales Executives** who are confident, persuasive, and result-driven. If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, and closing deals — this is the perfect opportunity for you.
## **Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and follow up with leads to pitch and sell our products/services
- Build rapport with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Maintain daily logs of calls, responses, and conversions
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- **Report to our Gurgaon office once a week** for training, review, and team coordination
## **Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi or English
- Confident personality with a hunger to achieve targets
- Prior sales or telecalling experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Smartphone with internet access
- Must be comfortable commuting to Gurgaon once a week
