**Team Management**:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

**Technical Expertise**:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in technical development as well as co-ordination with vendor
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to team members when faced with complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
**Project Management**:
- Plan and oversee technical projects, including defining project scopes, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Review work to identify and resolve technical errors or issues.
**Problem-Solving**:
- Assist team members in troubleshooting technical problems, offering solutions, and providing guidance in issue resolution.
- Identify and address technical challenges that may impede project progress.
**Communication and Reporting**:
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to team members, other departments, and senior management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and technical achievements.
**Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and develop team members to improve their technical and leadership capabilities.
**Team Building**:
- Lead by example and promote a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and open communication.
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the team and facilitate effective teamwork.
**Resource Management**:
- Manage departmental resources, including budget allocation and resource planning.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
The person needs to help HOD in business development.
**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in BCA; Master's degree preferred.
**Experience**- 4-5 years of experience
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
- Strong technical skills in java, php, html, & laravel
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
